[[[Vernet Thumb Tip - King Size]]]

Discription : Great for magicians with large hands. Perfectly undetectable for any effect or routine that uses a thumb-tip.

More review coming soon.

King Size, Medium Size, Vinyl, Rubber, Jumbo Tip, Finger tip, the list goes on. It should be obvious which tip I use as I chose this one for my review. All of them do essentially the same thing. It depends on what your going to do with them. When buying a good thumb tip I consider 3 things. Space, durability, and how well objects slide in and out. That's right I don't even worry about how real the tip looks. If your going to do a lot of silk and hankerchief stuff you may want a rubber tip as they look more realistic than this one. The reason I prefer Vernet's King Size tip is because dollar bills and other currency slide in and out of this a lot easier. Another effect this works perfect for is vanishing a lit cigarette. You'll be able to put a cigarette out with this tip as it's a very durable type plastic. I use my tip mainly for bill switches, and street magic effects. You really shouldn't worry too much about a thumb tip matching your flesh color. Chances are you won't match this tip perfectly anyway, and unfortunatley for African Americans, magic makers are racially insensitive, as I've yet to see a black thumb tip. It doesn't matter anyway. A good thumb tip worker should be able to work with a tip made steel. Your thumb should always be concealed from the audience. If your working with dollar bills you can use them to conceal the tip from view while still showing the hand otherwise empty. This is also the size you want to get as I have smaller tips that I never use. With smaller tips folded bills were sticking out, and you couldn't load much into them. Perfect for a mismade bill routine, and will work nicely with any thumb tip routine.
