Overall, the demo interesting and presents some interesting ideas and gameplay. There were a number of cameos, either personally or through an X-gene. Colossus was Wolverine, Surge, Northstar, Quicksilver, Beast, Emma Frost, and Toad all represented in one brief look at the X-gene-menu, which was considerable. We expect the game will wind up with just about most of the heavy hitters for fans, and hopefully a few surprises.
The visuals in the X-Men Destiny has an interesting art direction and offer a unique interpretation of the comic book look. The environments we saw offered a solid amount of detail and interactivity, which was marked during the boss fight. The character models have been on the same line and usually in order. The various special effects used for services provided a solid complement to the action. The only item that dropped our eye was the game's color palette, which was a little more subdued than what we expected. The demo also featured some of the quirks work in progress you from a game in development, such as expecting a tricky and variable frame rate camera.
The sound was still coming together well. Some of the effects sounded a little muffled, especially during the boss fight. But the beginnings of the character voices were tapped. Colossus sounded to be given the most prominent Russian accent, fit, although according to Sublime sounded threatening.

X-Men Destiny has many interesting ideas in the game we've seen. We're curious more about how your decisions are the history and how many characters from the X-universe will affect appear in one form or another to see. We are also curious how the game will be polished for its release later this year. As we have noted, there are some rough edges to the package that we would, smoothed, had. It looks like you have X-Men Destiny some interesting ideas that make the game fun to play if they could be properly developed, although the demo has corners and edges. Looking through the game on our E3 stage show and in the months leading up to its launch later this year more.
