Review: Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown screenshot

Before Street Fighter IV

enthusiasm

completely renovated in the fighting game scene in 2009, Virtua Fighter

was at its peak with the fifth installment to hit a few years ago. Although the arcade, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 iterations were very different from each other (and each has its own specific set of problems),

Virtua Fighter 5

was announced as one of the best fighting games to ever come out. As its name implies, Virtua Fighter 5: The Final Showdown
is the latest refinement of a set of five. For the first time in the history of the game that finally has a gold standard on all three platforms. It took two years to make the jump into the arcade console, but as it turns out, the wait was worth it.
