The Korean government is investigating allegations that Diablo III developer Blizzard Entertainment is violating the trade laws of the country by refusing to offer refunds in their last game. Diablo III was launched earlier this month, and sold over 6 million copies on PC in a week to be available, both retail and via digital distribution.
