Pac-Man and Galaga celebrated in new Twitter client

Namco Bandai brings its classic brands social media. Waka waka wonderful news for retro gaming geeks

I 'm sorry, but I had about this blog. Namco Bandai has a new international version of Pac-Man Twitter client that originally published in Japan since the beginning of this year. With all the standard features Twitter, it comes with skins similar to the classic labyrinth game, and in 1981 legendary shooter Galaga, it celebrates its 30th anniversary this year.

"If you update your schedule, move characters on the screen to classic PAC-MAN and Galaga melodies," says the press release. In addition, every time you turn a certain number of outgoing tweets, an on-screen roulette wheel, gives you the chance to win a puzzle piece, collect all the items, and you 're with Pac-Man or Galaga excellent wallpaper .

Of course you could go even further, playing the classic Pac-Man waka waka-noise every time you tap a letter, followed by the death sound when you reach 140 characters - maybe they 're saving that for the next update.

So, this game would be classic you
